Meet Veronica
Veronica Crystal Young has over 30 years in leadership, entrepreneurship and the creative arts.
As a corporate manager, award-winning actress, speaker, best-selling author, and leadership coach, Veronica is on a mission to help women KNOW Their POWER for success, fulfillment and love.
Having been through an abusive past, her joy and purpose is focused on helping women reclaim their power, both personally and professionally. She understands what an unfulfilled life feels like and also knows how to find resilience and courage and thrive by following the steps for change and creating a plan for success.
She shares her personal stories to help individuals grow in personal resiliency, compassion, hope, and love.
Veronica recounts her story of resilience and hope through three books, “Shameless – 7 Steps to Reclaim your Power,” “The Other Side of Pain – overcoming childhood sexual abuse”, and “It Is Done,” an #1 International Best Seller!
Veronica has given inspiring talks at many notable organizations and venues including: 1000 Speakers, Harvard Club of Boston, Global Society for Female Executives, NASDAQ and Carnegie Hall.
On the creative side, Veronica is the CEO of KnowURPower365, a company that focuses on personal growth products, coaching, speaking and training. As the founder of Crystal Eyes Ent, Veronica is the creator and producer of the popular Nature Relaxation series TV ArtScapes® that will soon be turned into a Video Series – Critical Courage® – Empowerment and Change. She has produced and written several television pilots and is also a veteran award-winning actress and singer.
Veronica lives in Ventura, CA with her partner, Eric Anderson, a dynamo in the area of Business Development, Investor Presentation, Preparation, Research and Analysis. Together, they love spending time with each other and especially like to get away to Maui-Hawaii, Cabo San Lucas, and Monterey where they can relax and get recharged for their next big life adventure. Their latest adventure being a Second Photo Safari in South Africa in May 2023.
Veronica continues to be committed to giving back to world communities both as a supporter and a volunteer. She has participated as a guild member for Big Brother Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles and she was also one of Farrah’s Angel for the Farrah Fawcett Foundation and Stand Up to Cancer, who collaborate to develop the most effective, cutting-edge research on the hunt to cure HPV-related cancers.
